What To Bring

  • Special gear for elective (if required)
  • Pillow & pillowcase, single sheet (fitted is best) and sleepingbag
  • Toothbrush and toothpaste
  • Towel, soap, facecloth, shampoo etc
  • Any medication that you need while at camp (Handed to Camp Nurse on arrival)
  • Some warm clothes
  • Some shorts & T-shirts, clothes for beach (no water play at beach)
  • Socks and underwear
  • PJ's
  • Warm Jacket
  • Sunhat and warm hat
  • Hairbrush and hairties if your hair needs it!
  • Good walking shoes/boots
  • Shoes that are easy to take on and off (scuffs, crocs or jandals are good)
  • (Sending older clothes is a good idea!! Some activities can get a bit messy)
  • (Please name all clothing/bedding, & send a plastic bag for dirty stuff)
  • Torch
  • Notebook and pen
  • Bible (named)
  • Something quiet to do in free time if you like that kind of thing (eg, colouring/puzzle book, book to read, NO GADGETS!! etc)
  • Sunglasses

  • Cellphone (Junior & Senior leaders will be allowed limited access to theirs)
  • Money – there is nowhere to spend it and it can get lost (canteen money is included in camp fees)
  • Ipods, MP3's, or any other gadgets
  • Own first aid gear – we will have a nurse and full first aid gear. It is important that we know what is being given out.
  • Camera – we have a camp photographer and DVDs with photos and video on are FREE for all campers. Cameras can easily be lost or damaged.
